I contacted them a few months ago because I was impressed by the paper quality. So far I haven't found a sketchbook that took Gouache well. Most of the time the paper was either too thin or too textured. Once I saw their paintings on this sketchbook I knew this would be for you guys. They sent me a free one to test and I can say that I am very happy with it. It's great for opaque paintings like the one you will learn in Gouache for Illustrators. However, it is not meant to be used for watercolours or very watered down gouache. Please note that I am not getting any financial benefit from this recommendation.
